How does the 30-day trial work?

For 30 days you use the full version of the plan you picked, with no limitations. No credit card, no automatic renewal. If you like it, you pay and you stay. If you do not, you simply let it expire, no hassle.

Will the price stay the same after a year?

The renewal price always matches our price list, with no hidden first-year promotion. We do not lure you in with a lower rate only to raise it to the "real price" a year later, the way many competitors do, so you can count on a stable price level.

Can I change my plan mid-term?

Yes, at any time. You can move to a higher plan (we charge only the difference, prorated to the time left) or to a lower one (the overpayment stays on your account as credit). No penalties, no long-term commitments.

How does the free migration work?

You create an account → you give us access to your current hosting → our team moves your site and your email within 24 to 48 hours of your request. No downtime, no data loss. You do nothing beyond the final DNS change (we can handle that for you as well).

What happens if I go over the recommended number of visits?

Nothing bad, going over the recommended number of unique visits will not block your site. Figures like "~10k" or "~60k" are only a reference point when choosing a plan. If your site starts using more resources on a regular basis we will suggest a higher plan, but we never cut off traffic without warning.

Every site is a separate container, with CPU, RAM and disk fully isolated.

A failure or an infection on one site does not touch the others: each one runs in its own environment, and heavy usage on one never slows the rest down.

Our own servers, our own configuration

We do not rent space in the cloud. We run our own physical servers and configure every layer ourselves, from the operating system up to the cache.

An answer before your coffee is ready
